Group training
We provide RTM Protocol™ training for groups at a discounted rate. Dedicated training is available for groups of 12 or more at a discount of $500 per person. Groups of less than 12 can join regularly scheduled training and are eligible for a discount of $200 per person for four or more participants. Training includes a combination of 2.5 days of live interactive webinar training and an online classroom program to be completed at your own pace.
Licensed Mental Health Professionals, and those under the supervision of an LMHP, are eligible for RTM Protocol™ training. This training qualifies as an advanced-level course with up to 21 Continuing Education (CE) credits offered for most LMHPs. Eligibility varies based on an LMPH’s state of certification (See our CE Info page).
Training will include everything an LMPH needs to successfully deliver the RTM Protocol™ treatment. This includes:
- An overview of the RTM Protocol™ and the basic neuroscience behind the success of the treatment.
- Demonstration of the RTM Protocol™.
- A thorough explanation of the RTM Protocol™ script and how to use it with clients.
- Numerous practice sessions throughout the training; by the end of the training, every practitioner will have demonstrated at least 1-2 successful RTM Protocol™ sessions.
- Practitioners will be equipped to use the RTM Protocol™ the day after their initial training.
For certification, each LMHP will be coached by a trainer and complete two successful cases of RTM Protocol™ treatments, including three sessions with pre- and post-assessments. This is usually completed within three months of the training.
